How do I reserve a unit?
The first step is submitting a completed rental application. Upon approval, you are invited to sign a lease. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is due at signing.
What size are the storage lockers?
Storage lockers are approximately 2′ wide, 3′ deep, and are floor to ceiling (roughly 9′) tall. They are an add-on to your monthly rent at a cost of $10/month.
Is parking available?
Yes we have onsite parking available for residents. All parking is numbered, and spots are assigned to tenants. Regular outdoor parking is $25/month per spot.
There is also a limited number of covered parking spots available, at a cost of $50/month per spot. All parking assignments are done by management on a first-come, first serve basis.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets in accordance with the Landlord Tenant Board rules and regulations.
What extra costs are there?
All units are priced to be all-inclusive, which means your rent includes all of your major utilities (heating/hydro/water.)
The only “extra” costs are your personal telephone/cable/internet/insurance. As well as any parking and/or storage lockers that you opt-in to with your monthly rent.
When can I move in?
First occupancy is set for September 1, 2026. There are a limited number of tenants permitted to move-in per day (in order to allow you to book the elevator for your move), and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The earlier you sign your lease and submit your deposit, the better chance of you obtaining your preferred move-in date.
